About
ImageMagick is a suite of tools for raster images. Resize, crop, convert formats, add borders and more. It is built for the same operation across many files at once.
Install it
pkg install imagemagick
Run this inside Termux. If the package is already present, pkg will say so and
do nothing.
Commands worth knowing

magick input.png output.jpg Convert an image from one format to another. The output extension decides the result. magick input.png -resize 800x600 output.png Scale an image to fit inside the given box, keeping its proportions. magick input.jpg -crop 400x300+50+50 output.jpg Cut out a rectangle of a given size at a given offset. magick input.jpg -rotate 90 output.jpg Rotate an image by a number of degrees clockwise. magick input.png -colorspace Gray output.png Convert an image to greyscale. magick identify *.jpg Report the dimensions, colour space and size of many images in one pass. Worked example
Run magick identify banner.png logo.png photo.jpg and this is what you should see.
$ magick identify banner.png logo.png photo.jpg
banner.png PNG 1024x256 1024x256+0+0 8-bit sRGB 45KB
logo.png PNG 256x256 256x256+0+0 8-bit sRGB 12KB
photo.jpg JPEG 1280x720 1280x720+0+0 8-bit sRGB 245KB Each line reports the dimensions, colour space and file size.
